7-Bedroom Eagles Nest Home with Hot Tub & Arcade

Check-in and Check-out Procedures

• Check-in is after 4pm and check-out is by 10am.
• Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.

Property Access

• Level 2 electric vehicle charger installed in the garage with access to a Tesla converter plug.
• Accessible driveway with large vehicle turnaround area.
• 5' wheelchair ramp.
• Guests do not have access to the locked off portion of the Sportsman's Lodge, the Fitness Center, or the Wine & Cigar Bar. That is for member use only.

Policies and Rules

• Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
• No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
• Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
• No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
• 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter (Nov-March) for all homes. Travelers visiting during the winter months where inclement weather may be possible should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle, and chains may also be required if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement.
• This home is not pet friendly. Pets are not allowed.
• Guests are not allowed to bring their own ATV's. For information about ATV rentals please visit: offroadadventuresnc.
• Guests are responsible for supplying their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment etc.)
• Weddings or other events are not permitted at the property. No exceptions will be made.
• The North Pavilion is host to several summer parties including a Fourth of July celebration and concerts which guests are more than welcome to attend; however, in the event there is a wedding or other private party, guests are not allowed in or near the Sportsman's Lodge.
• The summer concerts are open to all guests however there may be an admission fee for each person and cash bar for food and drinks.
• Eagles Nest is an up and coming community, with construction currently going on in several of its neighborhoods. Construction noises may be heard 7am-7pm Monday through Saturday.
• This homeowner uses outdoor surveillance cameras to ensure their home stays safe. No cameras monitor the inside of the home or the hot tub area.
• All Eagles Nest homes have internet, but some areas of travel may not have cell reception.

Fees and Payments

• All stays at Eagles Nest homes have an additional amenity fee in order to maintain the facilities and features in the development.
• Eagles Nest Winery day passes are available onsite for $25.00 each.
• Firewood may be added at the time of booking or by reaching out to us more than a week in advance. You get two wrapped bundles and a firestarter for $25/night plus tax.
• All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

Cancellation Policy

• Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit.
• Bookings canceled within 59 days of the arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest.

Parking Information

• Accessible driveway with large vehicle turnaround area.
• Free parking is available on the premises.

Utilities and Amenities Access

• There is a starter set of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two.
• Towels and linens will be provided.
• Hair dryers are not provided.
• High-speed internet is available; however, some areas may not have cell reception.
• Whole home generator.
• Self check-in/check-out is available.
• Cooking basics, oven, stove, toaster, dishwasher, clothes washing machine and dryer are provided.

Safety and Emergency Information

• This homeowner uses outdoor surveillance cameras to ensure their home stays safe. No cameras monitor the inside of the home or the hot tub area.
• The property is equipped with a smoke alarm and carbon monoxide detector.

Other Critical Details

• HOURS for Eagles Nest Winery: Thur & Fri 4pm-10pm, Sat & Sun 1pm-7pm. All visitors on premise at winery must be 16 years or older. This is strictly enforced.
